A very pretty shoe. I need a black flat for a memorial service to be held when our family is able to get together, but didn't want plain black - I wanted some lightness and fun in it - our family enjoys greeting each other even over memorials. This is just what I had in mind.I have really short toes which makes my foot very wide at the toe, but about average at the heel. Usually 8 1/2 ww fits me for length and at the toe, but is a little loose at the heel. This 8 1/2 ww shoe is a _LOT_ loose at the heel - that's better than having my toes squeezed, but I'll probably need to buy a heel cup or something to keep my foot from coming out of the shoe heel-first.I accidentally ordered the 6 w first; I can't say anything about the fit of that one except that it was a bit like the step-sister trying to put her foot into Cinderella's slipper :-) - I returned it, which was easy, and ordered the right size.I have these in capris and love the fit. When I saw the slacks, I bought them immediately. The material is a perfect weight - looks like jean material, but much lighter. The color is labeled "purple," but I would call it "burgundy," just like it is pictured.Just a bit to big. Although they are beautiful; shoes.The order was placed using the chart for sizing and it worked out well. The shoes are entirely plastic which means you're not going to have the "give" of leather when walking. So they are comfortable for minimal walking activities. After reading the reviews I wore them around the house for intervals "to break them in" and that worked well. They offer a fashion look with dresses, slacks or jeans.A welcome break from hi heels and the booted look. Please look at the photo, you will see that the pattern on one shoe does not match the other. To me that's just sloppy, haphazard workmanship. For that reason I gave it three stars. Comfortview, how about a little more quality control please.Heel is a tad wide for me but ok. So pretty & received complementsComfortable fit for wide feetThey look cute. None of the shoes I ordered fit-- they were all too large, even though I ordered a size down. The extra wide was also not extra wide on two of the pairs.They took forever to arrive, and returning them costs $10 + shipping per order?! Which means I'd be paying close to $50 for a pair, which is not worth it for the quality If that's the case I'm not going to exchange for the proper size; I'll just order elsewhere.These shoes are very cute and surprisingly comfortable. I have received compliments on them when I wear them. I like the richness of the colors. They really look stunning!
