Very super cute comfortable shoe!Pretty disappointed in these. I ordered a 9 and 1/2 wide in a plain navy ballet flat. What I received was a different style in a size 9. The shoe is also very cheaply made. The insole in the heel is actually not fastened down. On the plus side, it is a very light shoe but I don't believe it's worth the cost at all. Even if I had gotten the style and size I ordered. Returning.The name comfortview is a tad misleading, as these are not especially comfortable.I have really wide feet. Based on measurements, the extra wide should have fit. The toe box was so cramp and the material so flimsy that I could see the imprint of my toes. Also, by extra wide, they mean more room in the toe box but not a wider sole of the shoe.Return: The invoice said they accept returns but charge a fee (maybe for restocking, I can’t remember) unless you opt for a gift card- good at all of their companies. I elected for that but was pleasantly surprised that I received a full refund on my credit card from Amazon. By the way, I found a flat that fits a wide foot.
