Pretty in person but ran too small and too big for me. I ordered twice but just didn’t work for me.I ordered the size that I normally wear, which is 10W. They were actually too big, which was not that major. However, when I walked across the room they squeaked so bad and were super uncomfortable so I am returning them after simply trying them on. For the price, I would expect better quality. I have ordered plenty of clothing items for them and have never had issues more than just something being too big. I am still going to shop with them, I just may leave the shoes alone.They are not real leather and kind of stiff. I used shoe trees to stretch them out a bit. They are fashionable to look good wear with a brown plaid pair of paintsReally nice quality shoe. Great fit. I usually have trouble with shoes, as my foot is wide, but my heel is narrow. Not with this shoe. Needs a bit of a breaking in, so wear them and walk around a bit the night before you wear them. Highly recommend.Wished the shoe was a little wider.........Fits my very wide feet well and are very comfortable. Wore them for 1st time all day without issue. Appearance is nice, utilitarian not dressy. Good for jeans or casual slacks.Bought this product in March....I wear these shoes a few times a week. Four months later, I noticed my entire shoe was separated from the sole on the bottom of shoe. I literally have a 7" "Hole" on the bottom of shoe....Completely separated from the sole. Terrible quality and cannot be repaired. I expect a shoe to last more than 4 months.I have had knee surgery so am always looking for attractive flat shoes that I can wear to work. Bought these. When you first put them on, they feel fine. For maybe 5 or 10 minutes. Then you notice the back of the shoes are digging in to the back of your foot. It starts to bleed. I normally wear a size 9 or 10, and got these in a 10 extra wide. (I have wide feet).These shoes are by far not too tight. But the right shoe digs into the back of my foot all around the back and midway down the front of the foot on the sides.These shoes are made in China and are clearly not tested on human feet. or maybe Chinee fet are much smaller than American feet and they don't kow how to cut these shoes?Whatever. Amazon has made it too hard to return things, so I won't be returning these. But I sure as hell will NOT be wearing them. Pisses me off.
