These pants are very comfortable - light & loose. If you're 5'6"ish or under, they may be too long for you. I've worn these in weather that is F90-100+, in both dry heat and muggy, and kept as cool as you can in that sort of weather. I don't think I've been in direct sun more than an hour or two in these pants, but I didn't get a hint of even tan, definitely no burn. It is shocking, in fabric so thin.When temps dropped to around 50F, I've worn leggings underneath and it kept me surprisingly warm, and static-free.I wash them on delicate and line-dry. They dry very quickly.It may seem that it's a lot to pay for such a thin fabric, but it seems pretty resilient, but there's nothing like them. Most light, comfortable, sun-blocking pants and skirts don't breathe very well. Most other fabrics are light and flowy, but you still build up heat. Not these pants. I've been looking for truly comfortable, light, sun-blocking, and attractive pants or skirts for literal YEARS. These are the first that fit the bill. I've bought them in multiple colors.
