Although the "Bronte" bootie was not the right fit for me, Women Within is an awesome merchant to work with. Tried to make the Bronte boot work by trying different size and width options (which is an awesome feature of the Comfortview line. I did not find enough arch and general foot support. When attempting to put an arch support in, the toe box became too small. Also, the boot was slipping at the heel. FYI: I love the Comfortview "Mickie" Bootie. The first shoe/boot I have worn out! In contrast the "Mickie" style bootie "fits like a glove" extra arch support and all!! I will continue to do business with this quality vendor. And oh! I have re-ordered a new pair of Mickie boots. Only regret is it no longer available in burgundy like my last ; )
