I order a wide when I didn’t need to. Still like them!!Strictly for wearing for dress (looking good, complementing skinny jeans or slacks). And only for a couple of hours or so as well...or it would be blister city to either the top or side of your toes.This was supposed to be WIDE width. My foot does fit in it but only with a stocking or thin, thin sock. Setting next to a normal, wide zip up, ankle boot (Dr. Scholls} I've had for years (and BTW was an 8-1/2 wide) this boot at it's widest point on the ball of the foot is just slightly over 3-1/2" vs. just shy of 4" on the Dr. Scholls. Also note that as per a couple of other ratings there is NO stretch whatever. The 'suede' is as tight to the sole of the boot that they could get. This boot is NOT made for walking or any other outside activity.Love the style & so comfortableShoes fit nice but could use some softer padding on bottom of inside of shoeGreat color, very stylist and fit great! However, I gave this shoe a 4star rating because it lacks no arch support. I purchased Dr. Scholl foot pads for arch support.The shoe is comfortable. But the model was nit what I ordered.I don’t hate these, however they definitely could be more comfortable. The width is fine, but they put a lot of pressure on my big toe nail, which is very uncomfortable. There’s also not a lot of support. I would add an insole, but then they would be unwearable because there would be no room for my toes.Cute ankle boot for the price, material could be a little thicker.
