I ordered these for my out of town daughter who has had a lot of trouble finding size 12 shoes that fit in actual shoe stores. By the time we connected so she could try them on, we missed the 30-day return window by a couple days. Unfortunately, the sandals ran too big for her feet even though they looked very cute. After reaching out to the Seller directly, we were told there was no consideration for a size exchange or refund outside of the 30-day window.So be sure to review the product well within the 30-day window in case you need to return.Also, note they run on the large side.These sandals are cute and comfy, but they run a bit small. I recommend going up a half sizeWith the slight heal your foot slides to front causing toes to hang over tip of sandal. Comfort is so-so, could use a little more cushion (which might help with foot sliding also).Not an excellent buy, way too big. Will not buy again.I do not like these sandals, too big I should have returned them, but did not try them on until now.Size didn't seem to be true.These are the second pair that I've ordered and they are so comfortable. I could wear them all day no problem. I also have to use 1/2 inch lift on one side due to surgical hip replacement and these zippers in back allow for that. Fantastic!!Very, very comfortable and fit was true to what the size should be.
