I am a group fitness instructor, so I use these headbands when I’m moving around a lot and also sweating. If you want to use these for fashion purposes, only, or if you’re not moving around a lot in the gym, but maybe only lifting weights, this could be a good option for you. It is super soft and the design is just so great because I move around a lot when I’m teaching group fitness however, they do not stay on my head I would say I have an average head, may be a little bit smaller than most but nothing extreme. I have soft, fine hair , with those two things combined, the headbands just simply won’t stay in place when I’m working out I will keep them because as I said they’re soft and they look cute if I’m just wandering around my neighborhood or hanging out at home but don’t buy these if you think that you’re going to use them for working out and doing aerobics or running .
