I ordered these a half size larger than I would normally wear. I had purchased a different pair and they were to small. So when I ordered these I sized up. I'm glad I did. These were slightly snug when I first received them, they have loosened up a little with wear and now are perfect.These are super cute boots but the WW was too narrow. This surprised me as I have another pair that fit fine. They are very comfortable. I tried to exchange them but they were not direct from Amazon and by the time I heard back, 30 days had elapsed.The boots seem a little tight. I will wear at home but may need to send them back for a wide width.Otherwise they are beautiful and I am very happy with my purchase. GayleShoes ok for looks. 1st ordered a 8 1/2 & was a bit small but everything else was good. 2nd pair ordered a 9 and seems really wide and I ordered a regular 9. Very uncomfortable, not good for all day being on your feet. Tried shoe inserts and still uncomfortable.I really wish that these had fit properly. Returning because they were EXTREMELY small. Otherwise a good product, but you may want to size up.I really like the style and look of these boots. I wear a wide width and these fit perfectly. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because the insole is really hard. No cushion of any kind. If I wear them a long time the bottoms of my feet are sore. I haven't tried putting insoles in them but I think that would help. Overall I am pleased with these boots.Ordered these boots hoping the zipper would help in putting on and It did! I have wide feet, some swelling and a bunion on left so it's a challenge. I am so pleased. Slightly snug on foot with bunion but not pinched. I ordered a half size up. Might buy another color!I got an 8.5 W because the boots I have are an 8 and the toe box is way too tight. The toe box in these is great, plenty of space. Wore these to an event the night they arrived and was on my feet the entire time and my feet didn't hurt at all! I prolly could've ordered an 8 but I just wore a second pair of socks (it was cold out) and worked perfect. The only other thing I would note is that when they arrived, they looked kinda dirty, like lint /white specs on the fabric. Should've taken a pic before I used the lint brush on them. But after the lint brush they looked brand new. I could tell by the bottoms they had never been worn. I would buy these again.
